HOW WE WORK & WHERE IT'S MADE All the steps from disassembling the barrels to the finished wine barrel products are elaborately and conscientiously carried out by hand. All our products are made in Ohakune, New Zealand.

WORKING WITH OAK BARREL WOOD On a stave, NO side is flat! They all have an angle and curves. When working on them, we try to keep that original shape and the angles as best as we can. It would be easy to just cut straight and then make it straight on all sides, but to work with those angles, we need special tools and additional time for sanding. So, therefore, much more time goes into each piece of wood art.
