The double-ended matte and shimmer brow pencil can be used as an eyeshadow base, shadow or highlighter, instantly adding lift to the entire eye area, giving the appearance of more open eyes.

The creamy, easy blend formula featuring two tones: matte (a pink nude) and shimmer (an iridescent champagne-beige). Add a single stroke under your arches to lift and illuminate.

The matte side can be used as an eye shadow base (or shadow itself), while the shimmer side can brighten up the inner corners of the eyes and highlight the brow bone.
