All our products are shipped from within New Zealand

1. While we try to depict colours very accurately, be aware that some products may show a slightly different colour on your computer screen.
2. Please remember to send your delivery address through Trade Me so we can send your goods.
3. A GST invoice is available on request.
4. We cannot deliver to post office box or private bag addresses. If delivery is to a business address, include the name of the business in the address.
5. We allow customers to collect from our Bay of Plenty office, with prior arrangement, from 10 am to 2 pm weekdays. Message for details.

RURAL/ISLAND ORDERS

1. To keep our prices down for you, we send items to rural addresses by untracked post. If you require a tracked courier to a rural address there is an additional cost. Contact us to arrange payment.
2. If an item is not suitable to post, it will show a rural option on TradeMe. Select this freight option, if you live in the countryside.
3. Rural addresses are defined by the courier companies and we have no control over this. This includes some small towns. Please message us if not sure.
4. We can send to an urban address of family member or friend if you want to avoid rural delivery fees. Please message us to arrange.
5. Items to offshore NZ islands (such as Waiheke, Great Barrier or the Chathams) require a freight surcharge if we can not send through NZ Post at regular parcel rates.
6. We do NOT ship outside New Zealand. If you wish to purchase from overseas please supply a New Zealand address for your shipping agent to forward the goods.

We back our products 100%, so if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it in original condition within 14 days and we will replace it or refund you.
