Absolutely stunning large octagonal step-cut blue topaz, set in an ornate open-backed mount in the form of tied ribbon bows, pavè set with 176 x round brilliants, extending down to an integral tapered shank.

With nearly 50 carat of Blue Topaz & 2 carat of E colour diamonds this is truely a stunning ring. It caught my eye when I was at a jewellery convention in Europe and would make a stunning cocktail ring!
