Our client is a professional body that offers a range of support services to their clients throughout New Zealand. Due to recent growth they have expanded their finance team to continue the high level of support and service enjoyed by their clients.

Reporting to the Finance and Office Manager, you will be integral to a small high-performing team and responsible for the management of the general ledger and the smooth running of the day-to-day accounting, and payroll systems and processes. You will also ensure statutory obligations are met and organisational policies and protocols are adhered to.

You will be experienced in general ledger and trial balance management and have a good level of analytical ability. Your strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills will be greatly appreciated. A tertiary qualification in accounting or financial management, or previous experience in a similar role, is required.
