Customer Service

This is a unique opportunity in an amazing location only 40 to 50 minutes drive from sunny Nelson-Richmond and 20 minutes from Motueka

Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.

We're currently prioritising applicants with the following skills for the position of "Office Administrator" in our Store:

• Filing and preparing Accounts Payable for direct suppliers and charge through invoices
• Responsible for ensuring the receipt and control of inwards goods documentation, packing slips, invoice, management of credit requests, statement reconciliation, accounts payments and statement analysis.
• Preparation of time sheets for up to 15 employees
• Using Microsoft Office with a high degree of experience in Excel, such as the ability to sort and filter data to produce a variety of reports for both financial reporting and stock/ inventory control
• Daily banking, ability to create GP reports.
• Customer service and answering the main phone line for the store
• General office duties and occasional relief as a till operator

• A strong people focus and be able to work well with others
• A co-operative spirit
• Attention to detail, responsible in handling cash and banking
• Minimum of one year’s office experience
• It would be highly advantageous to have experience in office administration within the supermarket industry particularly SAP and INCA Software knowledge
• Experience in using the Microsoft Office Suite packages
• Preferable to have, or be able to get a Managers Certificate for the Sale of Alcohol or have a Licence Controller Qualification.
