You will be leading a team of Accounts Payable administrators, with 6 direct reports. This is a great opportunity to help lead a team to maximum system efficiency.
Your key duties will be:
- Leadership and staff management
- Build rapport and relationships with customers or internal stakeholders
- Implement process improvement and training within the team
- Documentation Distribution, processing and storage
The desirable candidate will have the following:
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven experience leading a successful team
- Experience with either NAV, SAP, Oracle or Tech1.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to motivate staff
- A good attitude
