Due to on-going growth and development, a proactive and experienced Office Manager is required to manage and support the day to day functions of the Finance Administration Team.

You'll be joining a small, yet busy team. Organisation, communication and accuracy are key, as is the desire to look for continuous improvement in everything we do.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you’ll be responsible for the following:
• Preparing month-end accounts, accruals, reconciliations
• Financial reporting
• Overseeing accounts payable & receivable
• Overseeing payroll
• Preparing GST
• Fixed asset maintenance
• Assisting with forecasting and budgeting
Your skills and experience for this role will include:
• Accounting Technician/ Accounting qualifications or equivalent
• Strong understanding of accounting processes
• A minimum of 2+ years’ experience in a similar role
• Experience in Microsoft Office, Excel and accounting software
• Excellence in information management, ability to problem solve and analyse data
• A high level of communication skills with the ability to manage, train and support
• A multi-tasker with the ability to juggle a number of key projects at the one time
• Possesses a ‘can do’ attitude
