Our client are seeking a payroll support/administrator who enjoys a fast paced environment. This is a full time position in Hamilton for 6 weeks but has potential to be on-going.

You will be:

processing accounts payable invoices
  • timesheets
  • data entry
  • general administration duties

Your attributes will include and not limited to:

  • ability to learn systems and processes quickly
  • strong knowledge of accounts payable practices will be essential
  • handles customer enquiries with professionalism

For this role you must have:

  • Previous experience in payroll or finance
  • Be able to adapt to new systems quickly
  • Be available ASAP
