This is an outstanding role with one of the world’s most recognised dairy industry brands, a leading developer, manufacturer and supplier of innovative milk harvesting, dairy automation and information solutions.
If you have a strong farming background, are computer savvy, and familiar with herd or farm management software then this is an exceptional role for you.
There are two roles available. One based in the South Island (location flexible) and one in the North Island (Hamilton) with both reporting to the NZ Sales Manager. In this role you will provide crucial support to farmers to help them to get the best out of their farm management software to help them achieve their farming goals.
You would be working with farmers one on one or through larger training groups, at fieldays and conferences and upskilling the company’s dealer network so they too can provide even wider training and support reach to their farming customers.
You will also support the company’s Sales Team and the Dealer networks to increase sales and expertise of farm management systems.
This is a varied and interesting role with a focus on developing collaborative and effective working relationships with Farmers and Sales Staff, implementing effective coaching and training initiatives both internally and on-farm.
