This role is part of the Operations & Service Group which is responsible for the strategy of keeping our people safe and for delivering on the promise we make to our customers. Operations & Service is made up of LIC's core production laboratories, farming operations and the field teams (AB and Herd Testing) who deliver LIC's product on farm.
Reporting to the Field Assist Manager, this role is responsible for effectively managing a team to deliver exceptional Field Assist services on both farm and administration to add value to our farming customers.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Experience in staff management and training
- Experience in resource management and allocation
- A good understanding of Health and Safety practices in the dairy industry
- Proven written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Knowledge of the Dairy Industry/farming is preferred
