You’ll be responsible in our fantastic close-knit team at Waverley Motors for your own work and for keeping things humming with our apprentice, journeyman and part-time mechanic (all are very capable and motivated).
We do an interesting and varied amount of work on light vehicles from classics to modern cars and utes, with up-to-date equipment and a fantastic working environment and workshop.

You’ll need to be well presented, trustworthy, have a natural enthusiasm for life and you’ll be keen to take this opportunity to learn and grow. You’ll be WOF certified and be a minimum of Trade Cert qualified. A Grade qualified and/or a wide range of experience and knowledge is an advantage.

You’ll often be working without supervision but you’ll have common sense and a practical approach to make things happen to a high standard. You’ll have an attitude of "Do it once, do it right" and you’ll also enjoy a busy day. You’ll also have the ability to work under pressure at times and still maintain a sense of humour.

This is a competitively remunerated full-time position, 40-45 hours per week with weekends free.
