Due to a promotion within our team, a position has just become available for a Frontline Service Receptionist.

In this exciting and important role, not only will your skills and expertise be well rewarded, you will also have the opportunity of further career development within our nationwide group.

Key aspects of this role include:

  • First contact for our arriving customers

  • Determining and arranging customer service needs

  • Administration skills at a high accuracy level

Due to the importance of these tasks, the successful applicant must possess a strong eye for detail and the highest standard of numerical accuracy, fast and accurate data entry skills, an ability to quickly learn computer software and, of course, outstanding customer service skills!

The ability to cope with pressure and meet deadlines is essential, as is organisation, honesty, motivation and a determination to succeed.

In addition to the above, to be considered for this role you will need to possess the following:

  • A full/restricted New Zealand Driver’s Licence

  • New Zealand residence with the ability to work full time
