New Zealand Police has introduced a new centralised Human Resources Management Information System (HRMIS) and we are seeking a talented Business User Provisioning Specialist to be a part of the People Group who manage this system. The HRMIS system incorporates SAP, Kronos and SAP SuccessFactors to enable and support management and staff to deliver on "Our Business" targets.
As the Business User Provisioning Specialist, you will analyse and process requests for access to different modules of our HRMIS system, to improve the content and design of the HRMIS system for its users. You will also build and maintain business process relationships, and will be working alongside the wider People Group who will be there to support your learning and development.

EXPERIENCE - You will have experience in:
  • Analysing and processing day to day user provisioning requests
  • Maintaining complex documentation including excel documents using formulas
  • Providing business analysis of user provisioning requests
  • Influencing stakeholders and design committees to achieve desired outcomes
  • Detailed knowledge of SAP, SuccessFactors and Kronos technical role principles and HR system design is desirable
  • An understanding of user provisioning principles is essential
  • The successful applicant must reside in Wellington
