The opportunity

We are currently looking for a result driven and motivated Branch Manager to lead our Lower Hutt branch. You will be responsible for a portfolio of complex trust and estate management cases, and providing leadership to a small hardworking team of Associate and Senior Trustees.

This is a leadership role, motivating and leading the team to achieve revenue growth, sales, business development, and exceeding customer satisfaction. You will need to be an excellent communicator with proven experience in coaching and mentoring a team. A background in trusts and estate management is desirable but not essential as we are open to people leaders who have transferable skills in either banking, insurance, accounting, legal or compliance.
