Your new role
As a senior member of the team you will be joining an existing Estimator where together you will work on the branches upcoming projects. Individually you will be required to have the following;
- The ability to build up costs from preliminary document
- Form tender strategies
- Call upon your established subcontractor supply chain
- Identify and plan for any identified risk through contract reviewing
- Good understanding of NZS4202
What you'll need to succeed
This roles requires someone with more than just an extensive career in commercial estimating. To be considered for this position you will have to have the ability to truly work in a collaborative manager. You will be supported and encouraged by Management team around you and in turn you will support those less experienced under you - culture fit is absolutely vital to this business, so being down to earth and open to an alternative way of thinking will ensure you are successful in this role!
