With a stream, of new work in the pipeline, they require a highly skilled project manager that has ability to connect with clients delivering multiple projects to a range of larger corporate, government and SME sized businesses.
It incorporates client meetings and some contract admin, cost estimating, scopes of works, organizing sub trades, co ordination and managing projects. Client facilitation is critical.
Being able to own a project and maintain milestones is essential, also the ability to lead from the front and enrol all stakeholders from design through to delivery ensuring communication channels are smooth and all parties are on the same page.
As an applicant you will have had experience managing projects within the interiors and fit out sector, you have an eye for detail and can work with and develop efficient systems. You are nimble, able to manage multiple and pressing priorities. You have a well developed knowledge base of the construction industry, both technically and practically. You could be coming from either a contractor or another consultancy.
In return for your efforts you will be rewarded a salary commensurate with the quality of your skills and experience.
$90K - $100K
