Your new company
A national Tier 1 contractor are working on a large commercial project in Christchurch and are looking for an interiors Site Manager who is available immediately to join their team and hit the ground running! They have major projects throughout NZ, and work in transport and utilities infrastructure, roading, building construction and more. They are about building better communities throughout NZ and are all about their people.
Your new role
On a daily basis you will be involved in site preparation prior to commencing the day which involves ensuring adherence to project specifications and programme, ordering materials, health and safety, subcontractor management, preparing site reports and ensuring this entire package is delivered on time and to quality.
What you'll need to succeed
- 1 years+ NZ/AUS experience in COMMERCIAL projects.
- AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY
- Experience in fit out/interiors side of construction
- Ability to pick up projects partial completed and successfully complete tasks assigned in set deadlines.
