Specialising in hotels, multi-storey apartments and office buildings, warehouses, heritage building refurbishments, internal fit outs and civil works, this market leader focus on long term projects.
They have grown 'under the radar' and currently have staffing levels around 40 staff consisting only of Project Managers, Site Managers, Engineers and Quantity Surveyors.
With 5 large projects in the $20million to $100million bracket due to start in the next few months, a strong interiors teams will be a vital component.
As a Site Manager your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- The general day to day running of the site
- Resolving any issues on site
- Maintaining all site documents and records
- Co-ordination of all materials on and off site
- Maintaining health and safety standards
- Liaising with the client, project managers and sub-contractors
The ideal candidate will need to present and communicate in a professional manner. Prior experience at Site Manager level and a proven track record of establishing on-site relationships is essential for this role.
