Based in our specialised call centre environment, this role as a Customer Services Representative will see you ensuring the smooth running of our Order to Delivery Supply Chain, through the completion of a range of administrative and customer service responsibilities.
Day to day you’ll be working in our Salesforce & SAP systems, ensuring customer orders are processed quickly and accurately. Using your process orientated approach you’ll be efficiently releasing sales orders, reviewing stock levels and generating crucial reports and analytics for customers and sales teams.
As a confident and professional communicator you’ll be answering calls and managing customer complaints with ease and then logging those conversations in Salesforce to ensure data integrity. If any delays arise or products are out of stock you’ll have the initiative to send out timely and appropriate correspondence to the impacted parties – it’s all about great proactive service here!
Please note this role will require regular weekend work with the standard hours being Tuesday to Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm and Saturday, 7:30am-4:00pm.
This is a busy, deadline-driven role so you’ll need to be a confident multi-tasker, someone who can prioritise and re-prioritise as competing demands arise. As you’ll be dealing with our valued customers excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, will be crucial. It goes without saying that you’ll be a customer-focused professional and will genuinely enjoy engaging with and supporting others.
Other key skills and experience include:
- Strong systems abilities (particularly MS Office Suite - SAP and Salesforce would be an advantage)
- Proven customer service and/or call centre experience
- Supportive and proactive team player with an analytical mind
- Focus on continuous improvement and root cause analysis to enable better customer service
- Able and willing to work on weekends
