We have an amazing opportunity for a Booking Consultant to join our On Boarding Team, with an enthusiastic and can-do attitude to join our Quay St branch. This role is permanent, full time (Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm).

The Role:

This role will involve setting up all new client referrals within a specific region in New Zealand. The set up will either be for short term or long terms cares. This will have you assisting with initial calls to our clients, setting up support workers to match our clients and arranging the visits for the service plans. This role will require you to effectively coordinate the beginning stages of our new clients. Tasks could include:

  • Processing referrals from our funds
  • Organising visits to complete Service Plans
  • Action requests in a prompt and timely manner
  • Ensuring our support workers are in the right place at the right time
  • Ongoing maintenance of records in our database
  • Working with our high functioning and technical phone and software system
  • Relationship building with internal and external

  • Previous experience in a call centre environment and/or work in health sector advantageous
  • Previous administration experience is preferred
  • Advanced computer skills
  • Proven track record in customer service
  • Excellent phone manner
  • Ability to work at a fast pace
