About the Role
This well-known government organisation looks after kiwis all over New Zealand to ensure correct and compliant registrations are issued to the correct people! You will be responsible for attending to inbound calls and providing accurate information and assiting customers throughout various processes.

- Customer service experience - ideally within a contact centre environment
- NZ Citizenship, Residency, or a valid open work visa
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- The ability to quickly build rapport with customers
