We are searching for individuals who are customer service orientated to work in South Auckland working 40 hours per week.
Working in an inbound Call Centre you will be the first point of contact for customers by the way of phone calls. Your day to day will involve:
- Taking inbound calls from customers.
- Using an up to date CRM system to fill out customers details.
- Providing knowledge to the customers about the organisations campaign.
