Customer Service Representative

  • $45,000 per annum

My client is looking for experienced and energetic customer service representatives to join their team and help their customers as soon as possible!

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Proven Customer Service experience
  • Clear Credit
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with CRM or database systems ( preferred )
  • A customer focussed, positive and resilient attitude
  • Experience working toward targets, and KPI's

In addition to the above mentioned skills you will thrive under pressure and enjoy working with a variety of people. Your ability to empathise with customers will shine through as you provide an impeccable customer experience while you respond to customer enquiries. You will pick up new information quickly and adapt your portfolio of service skills as you continue to develop ways to exceed your customer's expectations. Banking, Finance and insurance experience will see you excel in this role. Retail customer service experience will also be considered.
