The Role: Taking inbound calls from new and existing customers regarding health insurance products, services and claims. This is a 10 months Fixed Term Contract with a possibility of extension or potential permanent opportunities.

The Hours: Monday - Friday 10:00am - 2:00pm, must be available for induction and training which is 4 weeks full time Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm (40 hours per week).

This role cannot accomodate student visas unfortunately. There is no flexibility on this.

The start date is Monday 9th April 2018

The Training:

  • 6 week on boarding and training programme to provide you with all the tools to succeed
  • 2 ½ weeks of classroom based product knowledge and claims training
  • 2 ½ weeks incubation training - pairing you with a mentor
  • 1 week back in the classroom to tie in all the remainder of the content
