We have an exciting opportunity in the Wellington area for a new contact centre specialist!
Your new company
We are looking for an extraordinary Contact Centre Specialist to provide effective excellent customer service to our large customer base.
Your new role
You'll be responsible for dealing with various queries from a wide range of customers. You'll build a solid foundation and understanding of the service delivery function within this organisation.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for people that can demonstrate the following:
- Clear communication
- The ability to successfully and calmly manage conflict
- High-level of customer service
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Working within a team
- Understanding/knowledge of Wellington would be preferred
- Experience liaising with clients/customers over the phone
- Working with various systems or databases
