Based in East Tamaki, my client is looking for their next customer service superstar.
Main job responsibilities:
- To receive telephone, faxed and e-mail orders from customers and sales representatives ensuring the end result is optimum customer service and distribution of products.
- To assist account managers and sales representatives in sales support
- To assist Supply Chain Team Leader and ensure all procedures and company policies are followed
- Deal with customer queries and complaints
- Escalate issues to the Supply Chain Team Leader as required
You will be:
- An excellent communicator
- Able to use multiple systems confidently
- Able to multitask
- Great at problem solving
- Experienced with CRM's
