This is a busy and fast paced role which will require accuracy, time management and meeting tight deadlines. You will be working in the warranties department fielding inbound calls from customers who are usually end stage consumers who have an issue with their mattresses or beds and want to claim repair or replacement under warranty.
Our client is based in Otahuhu and is one of Australasia's largest manufactures, employing people across Australia and New Zealand.
There are a few shifts available during Monday - Friday
- 10.30am - 7pm
- 12.30pm - 9pm
As you are servicing the Australian market you will need to work the NZ and Auckland public holidays - You will be paid time and a half as well as receive a day in lieu.
- A minimum of 2 years customer service experience in an inbound contact centre
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- High attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- NZ citizen or Permanent Resident
