You'll be doing:
You will be the voice of the company responding to enquiries and providing the highest quality of service to customers. Primarily you will be responsible for answering inbound calls regarding their core insurance products which are motor vehicle, and home and contents insurance.
Initially you will have 5.5 weeks full time training to get you up to speed and ensure that you shine in your role, then you will be working 37.5 hours per week between the hours of 8.00am to 8.00pm Monday to Friday and occasional weekend work - it's a 4 week rotating shift.
You will need a clean credit history and have no criminal convictions to be considered for this role.
