We currently have multiple permanent opportunities for passionate customer service agents.
This is a part-time opportunity offering 20 hours per week. You must be available to work Friday-Monday on a rotating roster.
As an Inbound Customer Service agent you will provide exceptional service to all customers and merchants by assisting with a range of inbound inquiries, supplying correct information, assessing credit card applications and making timely analytical decisions whilst portraying a professional image as first point of contact.
You will ideally have previous industry or call centre related experience and enjoy working in a fun and collaborative call centre environment. In particular you will have:
- You will have excellent communication and have the ability to grasp new information quickly.
- Strong problem solving skills and have the ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situation
- Ability to navigate multiple systems and applications is a must.
- Flexibility to work additional hours as required
