Ace Rental Cars are looking for a passionate customer service representative who enjoys a fun and happy workplace, and has an aptitude for delivering and achieving targets. This part time position will offer the right candidate a rewarding and stimulating work environment as part of our front-line team based at our Auckland Airport Branch.

An ability to demonstrate excellent written, sale and verbal communication skills is essential, along with a strong focus on being methodical and organized. We are looking for an enthusiastic “all rounder”; someone who can deliver impeccable customer service and takes pride in their appearance.

You will be joining a motivated team focused on delivering and exceeding our customer’s expectations.

As we are a seven day a week operation, weekend work is incorporated in a rotating roster and you will be expected to cover during leave and busy periods.

While experience in the car rental or tourism industry is beneficial, it is not essential.
