The company:

This company has a large Traffic Management division in Christchurch, they are a leading player in the civil industry.

The opportunity:

A number of positions are available for Traffic Controllers with an immediate start. With the workload increasing coming into the summer months, there is plenty of ongoing work available.

The role is predominantly Monday – Friday from 6am through to 5pm although these hours vary depending on the jobs. On occasion there will be weekend work available if you are looking for extra hours!

Your role will include; assisting an STMS with site set up, stop / go, load and unload cones and signs off the truck, communicating with the public.

The successful applicants will possess the following attributes:

• Hold a current TC cert - this is a bonus
but not a necessity
• Some previous experience in Traffic
Control
• If you held a current full drivers licence
or a Class 2 licence this would be an
advantage
• You will need to be reliable and
hardworking
• Be physically fit
• A focus on Health and Safety
• Be able to pass a Drug Test

If you do not have a TC certification but are reliable and willing to work hard we will help you to obtain this.
