We are currently looking for suitably experienced and skilled individuals to compliment existing customer services team.
Key Responsibilities include responding to inbound calls, front counter transacting, co-ordinating and supervising the day-to-day activities of customer services and field staff and monitoring workflows and service levels. Maximise the customer experience by providing accurate information and service to all external and internal customer enquiries.
Directing and dispatching our resources strategically & efficiently while providing our clients with the best possible service as needed.
We are ideally looking to recruit individuals with the following attributes:
Good interpersonal and negotiation skills, able to effectively influence, direct and diffuse potentially difficult situations.
Good understanding and knowledge of Transport legislation, industry practices and constraints.
Experience in use of Microsoft Office applications ( Excel, Word, Visio, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Sound communication and organisational skills
Strong work ethic
Able to work under pressure
We currently have a range of rostered day, night and weekend shifts available for the successful applicant/s.
