Critical to the success of this role, the successful candidate will ensure that Customer Satisfaction and Sales Targets are met. They will have had experience in visiting external Customers in a Selling Capacity. Although the role is predominantly office based. They will be required to work at external trade events when required.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a Customer Service role, be a proactive problem solver and have a passion for delivering a high standard of Customer Service and building relationships.
Your background would also include:
- Proven experience in sales, key account management, and customer service
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed KPI's
- outstanding written and Verbal communicaton skills
- Highl levels of enthusiasm and initiative along with an eye for detail
- Microsoft Word and Excel skills
- A knowledge of horses and equestrian products is a must.
