The role requires you to possess and learn a variety of unique skills across the Retail aspects of an automotive franchise.
The core role is 'Stock Control' for both New & Used Vehicles, processing and organising approximately 1200 vehicles each year, ensuring each and every one is channelled from ordering to customer delivery quickly and smoothly.
Included but not limited responsibities is working with freight companies, internal Sales, Workshop, Parts & Valet departments, panel, paint & signage companies.
On top of this you will offer support to the Sales, Finance & Insurance parts of our business, these are not the core responsibilities however you will become a key part of the team and possess the ability to learn vehicle product knowledge and build confidence to be able to assist vehicle purchasers. If that is not enough, over time we will also upskill you to support our finance team.
This is a full time role plus once you possess the skills required you will also be part of a weekend roster working approx 1 Saturday per month.
To be able to be a high achiever in this role you will possess the following attributes;
Highly motivated, Excellent organisational skills, high level of literacy, Outstanding communication skills, Ability to multi task, Systems orientated, Comfortable with people, Happy by nature with a good sense of humour.
We require you to be proficient in Misrosoft Office Suite with a high level of accuracy.
A full clean drivers license plus able to drive both Manual & Automatic vehicles.
