About you:
You will be our five-star customer service hero/ine. You will be enthusiastic and keen about bringing your expertise and passion for service to improve our guest experience.

About the role:
You'll lead our growing adventure support team in providing our guests with simply stellar service and such an unforgettable experience, they can't wait to book with us again. Your understanding of the luxury market will inspire our team to greater heights and ensure we are always at the top of our game.

Requirements:
Along with energy, initiative and 'can-do' enthusiasm, you'll have:

  • . At least 5 years' customer service experience, preferably high-end
  • . Experience in the travel and tourism industry
  • . Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • . Strong customer relationship skills
  • . Full clean driver's licence
  • . Competency driving large vehicles and driving around cities
  • . Diploma in tourism

Responsibilities:

  • . Manage, lead and coach the customer service team, including team performance reviews and induction of new members, with the view to lifting performance to the next level
  • . Monitor team performance against sales targets
  • . Identify and implement improvements to achieve targets
  • . Ensure team operation is consistent with company values and legally compliant
  • . Ensure policies and processes are in order
  • . Manage rosters
  • . Oversee breakdown assistance and after-hours calls
  • . Process insurance claims
  • . Coordinate relocation of motorhomes
  • . Assist and support personal and professional development of all team members
