Your new role
As a team leader in the financial services sector, you will be running a team of 8 -10 staff in a contact centre environment. You'll be responsible for the training and induction of new starters, running coaching sessions, working on personal development plans. Familiarity with call centre metrics and adherence would be an advantage. This is a full time position, M-F, between the hours of 8am-8pm.
What you'll need to succeed
The position itself requires a confident and experienced Team Leader, ideally with experience in a call centre environment. It is vital that you're an effective communicator and take a genuine interest in the overall performance of the team and how it adds value to the wider organisation.
