The role will involve:
•To assist Manager and develop a profitable establishment.
•To assist Manager with administrative duties attached with the business.
•To develop and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service to encourage customer loyalty.
•To develop a relationship with staff and customers to carry out an exceptional positive performing day to day operation.
For success you will need:
•Implement customer service policies for the distribution network and deal effectively with customer complaints and ensure appropriate solutions are identified and provided.
•Ensure that staffs are working to maximum capacity and those customers are served in an efficient and timely manner.
•Assist with training of staff.
•Take steps to prevent theft of or damage to the stock.
•Follow established security procedures for staff.
•Monitor and report any suspicious activities.
