The Customer Service Centre is the Front Door to Council. We are here to answer all enquiries that may come our way, take payments, and provide exemplary customer service on behalf of Council.
You will have a demonstrated ability to motivate, inspire and lead a team in providing outstanding service to a diverse range of customers. You will be able to communicate with a wide range of people internally and externally, and enjoy being the first point of contact for visitors to Council.
In order to be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate you have experience in financial transactions/invoicing and have a strong numerical aptitude. Your strength in auditing will also be crucial as we strive for accuracy to ensure Council is held to account. Your ability to learn systems quickly, be well organised and have excellent data entry skills is a must.
