We are looking for an experienced CS Team Leader to lead a team of CS Representatives who manage several customer accounts. It would also be an advantage if you have had Account Management experience.
To be considered for the role, you would also need to have:
- excellent time management and really organised
- the ability to juggle and prioritise multiple tasks at one time
- analytical skills
- a calm nature under pressure
- intermediate to advanced experience using MS Excel & Word
- excellent communication, written and verbal
