Due to company growth, they are now seeking a customer service and sales support "superstar".

The role: You will need to be very efficient at processing and have great customer service skills. The role will involve building relationships with key clients, processing orders and documenting sales, taking customer enquiries and answering queries along with much more. Someone with a cheerful positive disposition would be perfect for this role.

To be successful in your application, you will need;

  • At least two years' experience in a similar role.
  • Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Great telephone manner.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to be comfortable dealing with a variety of parties at all levels.
  • Strong organisational, planning and prioritising skills.
  • Accurate and methodical.
  • Intermediate level computer skills.
