United Gaming Limited is New Zealand’s largest privately-owned gaming equipment service provider with branches in Auckland, Hamilton, Tauranga and Wellington. We service a wide variety of gaming equipment within the Pub and Club sectors.

We have an exciting opportunity in our North Shore office, for a self-motivated, energetic experienced Customer Service Representative.
We are seeking a person with a strong work ethic, strives to always excel and knuckles down to get the job done. A candidate that has outstanding administration skills and a great phone manner, as the position also includes Call Centre operations including receiving and dispatching of jobs to our technical teams.
This role interacts daily with our Administration, Sales and Finance Departments – knowledge across these areas would be an advantage.

Key requirements for the role:
• Proven experience in accounts administration
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good geographical knowledge of the North Island
• Ability with figures/numbers
• Meticulous accuracy
• Be adaptable within a team environment and changing work priorities
• Have good time-management
• A self-starter and fast learner
• Be available to form part of our afterhours call centre roster
• Be computer literate (proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Experience in SAP B1 and/or ConnectWise would be an advantage
