About the role

This is a dynamic and essential position where a great phone manner, top notch listening skills, comprehensive problem solving ability and a real customer focus are an absolute must.

You will love the variety and thrive on the opportunity to use your initiative and bring new ideas to the table. This is for an individual who gets a buzz out of helping people, and is committed to delighting customers and providing an outstanding customer experience.

In addition to working with the rest of our small team in various support channels, you will also be assigned an area to specialise in and develop. This could be managing freight and logistics, product troubleshooting, parts and repairs or outsourced service partners. This will help career development in to a more specialist area.

What do I need to have?

You will spend a lot of time interacting with people internally and externally to the business so excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) are essential.

You will need to be detail oriented and reliable as this role is part of the engine room of the company so these are nonnegotiable qualities.
