At the heart of our business is a great customer service team – not only are they skilled in the art of delivering great service to our customers they have a passion for what we do. We are looking for someone who not only “gets” outstanding customer service but ideally is into the outdoors and fitness.
This position handles a variety of incoming customer enquiries in regards to our online store. Where this Customer Service role differs to most is that we utilise the latest live, online chat technology to support our customers as well as traditional phone and e-mail support.
The ideal candidate will have:
•Experienced in an Customer Services environment
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Strong keyboard skills
•An outstanding phone manner
•Great attention to detail and accuracy of work
•Flexible and adaptable - working under pressure
•Enthusiastic team player
