Fixed contract for 6 month but may be extended.
You will be the important first point of contact and primarily look after incoming calls and provide general office support.
Data entry, job preparation, some invoicing as well as ordering stationery, tidying up the kitchen are part of this role.
We are looking for someone with a can do attitude. Training is provided so don't worry, you won't be thrown in at the deep end. You will enjoy working with a great team.
In general there will be 30 hours as week so say 9 – 3pm or 9 – 3.30pm but there may be some busier times. Talk with us as happy to be flexible.
You will need some experience with Microsoft word/excel and a drivers license is preferred.
Parking is available onsite and we are close to Penrose train station also.
