We are seeking a friendly and outgoing person to join our Customer Services team. The role is busy and varied, and the most important aspect is providing exceptional customer service! You’ll be assisting with both front and back of house, and queries will come from both internal and external customers.
As part of a dynamic and enthusiastic team you will be passionate about providing exceptional customer service. You will be well organized, have excellent communication skills, be able to cope under pressure and be computer literate. Experience with a CRM system would be advantageous.

This is a part time position of 29.5 hours per week: Monday 9am – 5pm, Friday 9am – 5.30pm, Saturday 9am – 5pm and Sunday 10am – 5pm.
