Interflora delivers flowers to 150 countries and has over 45,000 florists worldwide. The Pacific Unit of Interflora has its head office in Christchurch. The Pacific Unit is responsible for countries including New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, China, Vietnam and the Pacific Islands.

We are seeking a part time team member to work in the department responsible for the handling of international orders.

The role involves processing orders in and out of NZ and other countries as well as the associated queries for these orders, liaising with other units of Interflora overseas and our member florists via email and telephone and resolving any issues with orders.

You will to possess:
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A good attention to detail
• The ability to follow instructions and procedures
• Good teamwork skills
• Flexibility
• The ability to work efficiently during peak trading times of Christmas, Valentines & Mother’s Day.

The regular hours for the role are 1pm to 5pm Monday to Friday plus being on a rotation of Saturday mornings with the other team members. Additional hours will be required at our peak trading times of Christmas, Valentine's Day and Mother's Day.

It is a varied and interesting role in a modern office in the city.
