We are searching for an amazing Centre Manager to lead our experienced and motivated team as we continue to deliver exceptional early childhood education to our tamariki.
About the role:
As Centre Manager you will have strong business acumen with proven abilities to build, and manage, relationships with staff, whÄnau/parents and the community. You will be responsible for overseeing teaching practice and curriculum together with a Head Teacher, as well as managing wider business responsibilities such as finances, recruitment, enrolments and general operations.
People are at the core of what we do, and the successful candidate will be responsible for not only teaching and encouraging children, but coaching and mentoring the ABC Onehunga team to ensure the delivery of quality education and care. This role is also centred around ensuring compliance standards are achieved.
You are a motivator! You love children and thrive on creating an environment that encourages communication, learning and laughter. You will need experience in leading a centre or team to be our successful applicant along with an ECE teaching qualification, full NZ teachers registration and knowledge of current ECE practices and Ministry regulations.
