We are looking for a Head Teacher to work with our 3-5 year olds who can live into this vision and is passionate about it.
Our successful candidate will be working in partnership with the Centre Manager and 1 other Head Teacher to lead the centre.
You will be leading a team of 5, and will be someone who shows strong leadership skills, has a growth mindset, is motivated, innovative and committed to developing professionally. The successful candidate will have sound knowledge of current theory, Te Whariki and programme planning and assessment.

Our ideal candidate;
-Holds an ECE teaching qualification Bch/Dip (ECE) level 7 or above.
-Conversant with the NZ curriculum with specific skills in assessment practice.
-Motivated, great team player who can promote equal and respectful relationships with children, teachers, parents and whanau.
-Confident in recording children\'s learning using electronic portfolios. -Great written and verbal communication skills
-Flexible (start/finish times etc)
-Confident in delivering a bi-cultural curriculum -Understanding of ECE registration process
-Understanding of ECE registration process
