Seedlings is proudly owned and operated by two local families who are committed to the important role that we play in our community.

Our centre is well resourced with a strong emphasis on the provision of a natural and purposeful learning environment with strong links to the Reggio and RIE Philosophies. Whilst it would be an advantage if you have had experience working within a Reggio based philosophy it is not imperative as long as you have a growth mindset and are open to learning. We provide primary caregiving in our Nursery and have key teachers in our Preschool.
We are possibly somewhat biased and think that our tamariki are some of the most fun loving children to teach. There is such a love of learning and enquiry that happens here at Seedlings.

This position does require you to be at least provisionally certified as an ECE teacher or currently in training working towards your ECE qualification.
